Clemens M Grünbühel is an ecological anthropologist with an interest in sustainable resource use and development. For the last 19 years he has worked in participatory development, rural and community development, social impact assessment, institutional analysis and social networks. Clemens lives and specialises in SE Asia with extensive research and project leadership in Myanmar, Lao PDR, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Indonesia. He teaches and trains in Natural Resources Management and Development Studies at graduate and postgraduate levels. His research expertise and publications include a range of fields, such as climate adaptation, rural innovation, agro-ecological analysis and resource use systems.
